HOW TO MAKE THIS HOMEMADE BANANA ICE CREAM – STEP BY STEP
As I already told you, preparing this homemade banana ice cream couldn’t be easier… you only need 5 minutes to mix all the ingredients and that’s it!
- Take the bananas out of the freezer and leave them out for a few minutes to soften a bit.
- Next, put all the ingredients in the blender and beat until you get a homogeneous mixture and an ice cream texture.
3. Put the ice cream in cups or glasses with blueberries and cocoa nibs on top, or whatever you prefer.

- Bananas: I love them! They are my favorite breakfast every morning. Satiating, but light at the same time..
- Raw cocoa: in addition to a lot of happiness, hahaha… it provides us with a large amount of antioxidants and minerals such as magnesium, calcium, potassium or iron.
- Almond milk: you can make homemade almond milk, buy it, or use another one that you like better.
- Maca powder: its flavor is reminiscent of caramel, which is why it combines perfectly with cocoa and vanilla.
- Vanilla: its aroma and flavor enhance that of cocoa, and that of any other homemade ice cream.
- Blueberries: just to decorate and add a sweet and sour touch to the ice cream, as well as extra antioxidants.
- Cocoa nibs: finding them as we eat the ice cream, and feeling them crunch is a delight.
